I have been seeing Dr. Willis for about 8 months now and I am so grateful for the help and knowledge she has given me. I was nervous about seeing a therapist for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleased to find she created such a safe and comfortable space. It has allowed me to really open up and overcome a lot of the issues I have been struggling with. It’s obvious she is genuine and passionate about helping her clients through life’s obstacles. I have more clarity about my life and who I am. I just couldn’t thank her enough for the impact she’s had on my life!

Where do I even start?!? I was in search of a therapist and I probably have gone through a total of 4 before I stumbled upon Dr. Willis. I was losing hope and she just popped up on the victim witness list. I was tired of being treated as just “a daily rant here are your 45 mins and time is up” case. I called Dr. Willis and she kindly accepted me. She was even sweet enough to visit me in my home setting due to my busy schedule and my mental stability. She even worked on the weekends for me. Dr. Willis took the time to understand my case and treated me with such kindness and even when I had so much frustration and so much discomfort due to my trauma. She took the time read and understand me, made me feel safe, and made me feel at ease. Her kind heart and her knowledge has helped me become the person I am today. I rose from the terror and she ensured that I was not a victim but a victor. Dr. Willis puts 120% into identifying me as an individual and not just a workbook client. She made sure I understood my feelings and acknowledge each thought I had. She’s brought things in my past that have affected me as to why I gravitate to such habits and manners and although I’m a work in progress I progressed very well in coming back to the world and no longer fearing the world or my feelings. I highly recommend Dr. Willis. She’s very personable and brings her own experience to help make it easier to know where I am coming from as a victim of violence and rape. There isn’t enough words to describe my experience with Dr. Willis. But thank you so very much .
